How to Balance Your Payroll and Reduce Manual Checks

Working in a new system with new processes and different reports can make balancing payroll a frustrating task. Learn what to watch for when balancing your payroll to your 941 and ultimately to your W2’s. We will look at the reports available, when to run them and how to account for manual checks and void checks done after the pay run is completed. We will also take a look to see if there is a way to eliminate or reduce the amount of void checks, including types of edits or items to look for while processing our payroll.
